Thanks for writing this article with valuable information.
Promoters currently hold 82.5% post IPO. At some point in time, there will be a supply to reduce the holding and bring it in line with the rules in this regard. Would that be an overhang for this stock?

You are right, that is obvious. Dilution of stake to 75% has to happen in 3 Yrs of listing.
The Co. has to perform and if it performs, it will get easily absorbed. Otherwise only it will create pressure.
Our belief is that the Co. will do well from FY27 after a muted/flat FY26, as put out in the update
