Thanks a lot Chandra
Thanks a lot. Any color on recent Management changes? I guess that should also be one of the reasons to look forward to this stock, which has been a laggard in last 2-3 years. Poor Execution of prior management was also visible in taking the enormous time to bring MANGALORE capacity up.
Welcome your query sir,
You are absolutely spot on
Not sure whether they could have better executed or not. Maybe the timing of acquisition of capacities (recent ones) and set back in scaling up are questionable in the hindsight.
As it stands now, the Co. has grown its services business at a healthy pace in last 3 Years, which is a difficult think to achieve Vs manufacturing.
Considering the core capabilities of the Co. and hoping that the mgmt. will not let go of any opportunity that comes in manufacturing, it’s worth taking a bet on it again
Of late, the CRO/CDMO has been seeing lot of PE action and they have been poaching experienced personnel. Syngene’s Ex-COO is now head of a PE funded CDMO player
This equally highlights of challenges for established players as well as the growing size of opportunity.
In this context, a bit more aggression will be required from Syngene mgmt. to ensure that they make complete use of the opportunity.
Will wait and see over next 2-3 quarters
Hope this clarifies
Thank you
