Hello,
What is the impact of Mexico’s tariffs on Bajaj Auto?

Thanks.
This has been responded to separately in your comment on the Bajaj Auto report. – thanks, Bhavana
Dear Sir,
Have a query on Affle. Despite stellar results (in my opinion) the stock has corrected significantly > 20%. I attribute this to valuation compression as there’s no visible fundamental reason for the this sell off. What is your view on this? If it is indeed valuation compression, dont you think the valuation has room to correct further? What if the valuation reaches 40x-45x (which itself is not in value territory), an investor may not earn any material stock price appreciation for next few years. So my second question is – how can one guard against any valuation compression? My thought is also influenced by what I saw in Aptus where valuation compressed from 4.5x PB to 3x PB (while still remaining expensive).
Aptus was a clear case where the company cannot afford to but growth at 4 times book. Affle is a high margin business and unless there is a sharp slowdown in growth, a valuation derating appears unlikely. It has infact traded range-bound in valuation for a good few years now barring the spikes in July and Sep. We will keep watch to see if there are cues to confirm your thoughts. The recent correction where it went below 200 DMA) could aslo be due to concerns over Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025 (DPDP2025). However, the company’s existing ISO (data security) and Singapore DPTM (data privacy) certifications—Asia’s strongest compliance combination—already address most DPDP requirements, enhancing trust, strengthening first-party data credibility, and providing differentiation in the AdTech ecosystem. Thanks, Vidya
