dear Sir;
as now story of merger of equitas sfb with holdings has been in picture; what is your advice to invest in this stock at current levels.
now what will happen to equitas sfb stock holders.
thanks.
Welcome your query sir
Equitas holding is merging into Equitas SFB. Its a reverse merger. So, all the shareholders of Equitas Holdings will become shareholders of Equitas SFB
There is no increase in share capital of Equitas SFB because of that, infact it will reduce marginally.
This corporate action is a result of regulatory changes and has nothing to do with the business.
Investment thesis stands the same.
Thank you
Thanks sir for providing clarity and quick feedback.
appreciate you for the same.
Regards.
Maybe u can recommend price at which we can buy. Thanks.
Sir, this is a recommendation at current market price.
Thank you
I am a prime user , why is this article not made available to me?
Sir, the issue has been addressed by our team
Thank you
Hi Sir
Thanks for the detailed explanation.
Can you give more information about how Equitas SFB stock is better than Equitas holdings?
Welcome your query sir
Equitas SFB is the Operating Company OR the company running the banking business. Equitas holdings is only a holding company of Equitas SFB.
Now, with the reverse merger of Equitas Holdings into Equitas SFB being approved, Equitas Holdings will cease to exist post merger.
There is also no arbitrage opportunity available in buying Equitas Holdings.
Thank you
Thank you for the prompt reply. I could not find the stock recommendation article on Mahanagar gas Ltd. So I am posting my comment here. What is the reason for falling stock prices of Mahanagar gas Ltd, IGL, and Gujarat Gas though the price of Gas is rising.
Since the gas price rise has been steep, market doubts if these cos. can pass on the price at the rate at which it has ocurred. thanks
