      InvITs have characteristics of both equity and debt, but they are best viewed as a distinct asset class. Being listed instruments, they can be bought and sold on the stock exchange, providing investors with liquidity. They also regularly distribute a portion of their cash flows to investors. However, these distributions are not guaranteed and depend on the performance of the underlying assets.

    Hello, request you to rectify the Market Caps in the first table. In the 2nd table, would it be possible to split the distributions into return of capital and other distributions.
