– How should we make sense of ROCE for Infosys since they are not a capital intensive company
Yes, you are right in that ROCE is a good gauge of overall capital efficiency where debt is used. Here, while IT companies have very little debt, that the ROCE is far higher than ROE suggests how even the small level of debt has been used effectively to generate far higher returns on the total capital.
